Returns:
Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days after your purchase. Anything over the 30 day cut off is not eligible for refund.
Within our returns policy we ask that all items are returned in the same condition they were received with all tags still attached.
Any items returned in a poor state with no tags will not be refunded.
Refunds:
Once your return is inspected and processed, we will send an email to the email address that the order was placed with to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return has been rejected then this will be detailed in this email.
Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 10 working days for the money to appear in your account. The money will be credited to the account that the purchase was originally made with.
If after 10 days you have not received your refund, don’t hesitate to get in contact with our customer service team, they can investigate this further with you alongside contacting your bank.
Exchanges:
If the item you bought doesn’t fit or theres an alternative product you would like instead, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund. Simply just select “exchange item” when logging your return through the online portal. From there you can make a selection of a product you would like instead.
Shipping:
We offer free returns!
However, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and therefore will be deducted from your refund.
